Greg moved to Hayward as a kid 40 years ago when his parents bought Moody's Lodge on Big Spider Lake. As resorts started to fade out of existence, his family sold off the cabins but retained the lodge which they converted to Spider Lake Lodge Bed and Breakfast. Back then, there were 17 resorts on the Spider Lake Chain, now there are only 1 or 2 left!
As a child, Greg explored the Hayward area on his bike and by boat, finding places that most people don't even know exist! Therefore, Greg often tells people that he knows the Hayward area like no one else. Greg left for a short time to attend school, travel and pursue a corporate career but was drawn back to Hayward to raise his family.
Greg has been active in the Hayward area Real Estate market for the past 14 years. In 1995, Greg and his brother Paul opened Spider Lake Realty in Seeley. In 2001, the office was sold to Coldwell Banker where Greg continued his Real Estate career until starting Real Estate Consultants of Hayward Wisconsin in 2006. He is sure that once you learn more about the Hayward area you will want to join everyone here in "God's Country".
