Char has over 25 years experience in General Real Estate. During the past decade she has specialized in Recreational & Residential properties in Hayward. She enjoys working with Sellers and Buyers and holds the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) as well as being a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Char has been appointed to the Real Estate Board Professional Standards committee. She contributes to the local area as Treasurer for the Nelson Lake Association, and as an IRS Tax-Aide volunteer.
